Prior to joining Drake, Shea worked in the banking industry for 17 years. He held leadership roles in retail, operations and IT and was nationally recognized by one of the larger financial institutions he spent 10 years at. He also led from an executive position at a smaller community credit union.
He has experience in all aspects of real estate; sales, remodeling, property management and financing since 2016, in both residential and commercial real estate.
Shea and his family reside in Tyler. He is a member of NAR and GTAR and enjoys working with people.
